Over 20 years ago; I took my first class on Spiritual Growth. It drastically changed the outcome of everything in my life; and taught me how to clear the beliefs that no longer served me, how to set down the stories I was telling myself that I had made up based on other people's action, but they were not the truth about me. Clearing energy and past beliefs healed the space and place for new things to show up, and I learned self love in a whole new level. I watched as I made different choices; how amazing it was that the universe would show up in so many ways when I would surrender and trust. Truly living in the action of leaping and waiting for the net to appear; and taking inspired action to move towards the life I really wanted to create.
When this book came to me ask asked me to write it; while I was running, it surprised me with how it was going to take those exact principles I had learned in the course that shifted my energy and my life so drastically and make that available to children; so they could apply those same teachings . My prayer is this book reaches the children it needs to, so they can make the energetic shifts at an early age; and not spend years carrying around stories and beliefs that are not true, and they learn to live and make choices from the connection they have to their heart and soul.
