Two volume set from 1859 of The Pictorial Field-Book of the Revolution; Or, Illustrations, By Pen and Pencil, of the History, Biography, Scenery, Relics, and Traditions of the War For Independence, by Benson J. Lossing. New York: Harper & Brothers publishers, Franklin Square.
Fair condition, both volumes have significant wear, volume one likely missing the title page and possibly another page or two, difficult to find a reference elsewhere to confirm. Volume one's binding has been repaired as well. Both volumes have fading and wear from age, with significant discoloration on the spines in particular. Pages that are there are in very good condition. Volume 2 is in better condition, it has no visible repairs and appears complete.
