Overview
Being a student of psychology helps me see the amount of culturally appropriated abuse that surrounds and conditions minds of billions. Such levels of normalised abuse not only chokes but also creates a toxic system be it family, love or work. Such toxic environment destroys our creative self and enslaves us to the never ending cycle of abuse and the trauma caused by it. I have seen numerable people suffering in their mind for their whole life, feeling empty and direction less. The impact is much more deeper than most of us can assume.
I was raised by narcissists and I grew up believing that abuse was ok and an important part of every family and relationship. The inner child within me kept me reminded that all of this was not ok and normal, there is a brighter and happier side to this dark reality. Well psychology helped me understand how and why we behave the way we do. i healed myself and made it my mission to help others break the shackles of never ending cycles of abuse and the trauma caused by it.
