Half bound in red leather over plum boards with gilt top edge, embossed decorations on the leather and gilt titles and decorations, as well as raised bands, on the spine. This volume includes mostly British men of letters, with William Morris and Disraeli thrown in. Minor rubbing to the edges of the boards.
