Dust jacket shows wear with a few small tears on the top of the front and back sides. Binding is in great condition, the pages are still white inside. There is light tanning along the binding of the opening page. There are small black, blue and red markings on the edge of the pages. There is a page that states in print that the copy was "printed for the private collection of" with the name "Forrest Keinney" written. It is also written in it that it's number "78." The author's signature is also on this page.
