In this second volume, I'll once again show how you can easily paint and weather some of the most common OO wagons of the 1960s to 1980s to look acceptable on a modern layout, this time even dealing with hopeless cases. As before, the same basic premise applies; a shiny, unrealistic plastic finish on an otherwise perfectly acceptable model can be elevated in appearance with careful painting and weathering.
