Overview

Here is a book of commentary and prayers based on the gospel of John, the most intimate gospel of them all, written by one who was next to Jesus at the Lord's Supper, the only disciple with Jesus at the cross, and the one given the commission to care for Mary, Jesus' mother.

This book will be a helpful resource for:
- Individuals or groups for devotional use
- Bible study leaders
- Youth workers
- Opening a worship service or church meeting

Bishop Bansemer's commentary and prayers take you to the heart of John's gospel... and then... open your heart! A refreshing spiritual experience!
Rev. Ed Schaack

Richard Bansemer possesses a unique capacity to weave an extraordinary grasp of the gospel with a genuine understanding of the vulnerability of the human spirit... I found reading the text to be rewarding and helpful in my own personal "journey."
Dr David Gring
President. Roanoke College

Simple words woven into a sacred tapestry of spiritual delight. Insightful perspicacious and inspiring. The author is clearly moved by God's Spirit and in turn moves the spirits of God's people.
