Each volume is in very good, readable condition with firm spines and no interior markings, save for one book plate on the first endpage with the name of a prior owner. Volume One pertains to "Archaic Greece and the Mind of Athens", Volume Two, "In Search of the Divine Center", and finally Volume Three, "The COnflict of Cultural Ideals in the Age of Plato". A truly lovely, informative set, which is best suited for the home of a classical scholar.
