Charlie Chaplin and Albert Einstein vs. Nazis in 1930's Hollywood. Using their unique talents - Einstein's brainpower and Chaplin's acting and athletic abilities - the two most famous men in the world team up to battle fascists when the LAPD and the FBI would not. Midnight Burning, Chaplin and Einstein, based on their real-life friendship, risk their lives to track down an arms shipment from Germany to the Silver Legion of America fascist group. A dangerous chase takes our heroes into the heart of darkness, a fascist encampment in the San Gabriel Mountains north of Los Angeles where a militia armed with machine guns plans its attack.
