Today the author is a retiree from a North Carolina Community College. He's a deacon at Saint Matthew Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC. He enjoys traveling, attending and watching sporting events, playing at golf (smile) comedy, and spending time with his immediate family. His hope is that his family will enjoy this text and how he viewed the world growing up on this "blue marble" called Earth in the 50s, 60s, and 70s.
