Overview

A collection of pieces written by Twain during his time at the Virginia City "Territorial Enterprise" newspaper, recovered from scrapbooks and family members. Pictoral board hardcover with red spine panel. Unclipped dust jacket. Pages 52 and 53 have some discoloration from a few old newspaper clippings kept inside, which are included. Mild wear to DJ edges, some chips missing from top of spine and a long chip missing from top of rear cover.
