David. A shepherd boy. A giant slayer. A soldier. A king. An adulterer. A murderer. This is the same one described in the Bible as a person after God's own heart. He had every reason to be disqualified from the calling on his life. But that calling was never withdrawn. God does not recall a person's calling.
For God's gifts and his call can never be withdrawn. -Romans 11:29
There is a calling on your life, a reason for being. You may have failed, but you're not a failure. You may have reasoned why you will never be used by God again. You may be discouraged, but it doesn't mean you have been disqualified. His calling is still upon your life.
The same God who made a world of difference in the life of David can make a difference in your world. The difference will cause you to never be the same.
