Large folio in two volumes originally printed in Spain. Text in Spanish, translated from the original 18th century French novel. Text block has been rebound and is not in original casing; red cloth boards with decorative stamped cloth on front and back board in red, blue, black with gilt device on front cover. Spines appear to be from original leather casing and have been attached to the spine of the cloth rebind; there is loss to original leather spine particularly at the head of each volume. Foxing throughout. Moisture warping/damage and mild stain to latter quarter of each volume.
