France's most famous post-poststructuralist, often called the "Matisse of Nothing," the "Duchamp of Silence," and the "Shaman of Sham," Paul Calais, has disappeared before the opening of his exhibit at the Whipsnade Art Museum. Mistaken for Paul Calais, a homeless gnome, grimble gromble, assumes the artist's identity until called out and given a pitiless job as a guard at the Whipsnade Art Museum.
