The narcissist builds an army ready to attack--these "flying monkeys" are always a fact. You now realize he's been smearing you the whole time so when you reach out to friends you get nothing. The triangulation and flying monkey army is so solid that suddenly it seems her whole world has fallen. Jezebel also builds a flying monkey army--did it not seem strange her friends attacked you unreasonably? The narcissist must stay above you as the victim--so his army is KEY to maintaining your one-down position. Behind your back there's a collection of smear campaigns so when it ends it ALL blows up in your face. I wasn't even aware of all this going on, though I felt miserable picking up on something all around. The smear campaign at the end is inevitable cuz narcs can't just go away--they always end on top that way. Your friend says "that's not what I heard" and you realize he was talking to her all along. You feel so all alone. No Contact means them all. Don't follow him on media and ban ALL the frenemies who were part of your fall. Classic end to all this: As you overcame, the collaborator "friends" never speak to each other again. They were just little minion-demons whose only connection was jealousy of you, God's great/peculiar champion. Solution: see his triangulation as an energy BALL. Focus on it, it grows. Pull energy from it = away it goes.
