One of a limited edition of 1,025 copies, "Fifty Drawings" is a showcase of Alastair's distinctive style as influenced by the Art Nouveau movement. Included are fifty collotype illustrations, several in color, which evoke the decadent spirit of the period. Beautifully printed on uncut Van Gelder paper with a gilded top edge, includes tissue guards before each print. Hardcover First American Edition. Pages are clean and free of damage, hardcover is housed in a decorative box. Box has significant damage, with loose and/or missing edge pieces. Box is still able to house book properly.
