For over twenty years, Darius and his surviving friends have lived under the shield in the old state of Connecticut.
Their base is in what had been Darius's elementary school. Life is not easy, but their colony has grown to be a major power player in the Western side of the state.
Years before, a newcomer. A juvenile given the choice of life in prison or life under the shield had been captured by Darius's people and had traded a home in the colony for limited access to the outside world.
Now, the day they have dreamed of is finally at hand. The cure for the disease that had trapped them under the shield has been found. The outside government wants the shield to come down and life to return to the way it was twenty years prior. Darius and his people understand that this will be a disaster as that would allow every Banger, Soulja, Made Man or trooper access to an outside world that is not prepared for their children. Children hardened by twenty years of violence.
Darius now must work to prevent this, to prevent the Fall of the Shield.
