"Eldorado" is probably the most comprehensive treatise on Jeff Lynne's musical work to date. This first volume (based on more than 220 A4 pages) first deals with Lynne's early years as a member of the underground darlings Idle Race and The Move. This is followed by a detailed examination of all albums and tours with the world-famous Electric Light Orchestra (until 1986), whose undisputed head was Jeff Lynne. Lynne's career from the late eighties onwards will then be the subject of the second volume.
