Errata slip tipped to verso of title page. Original tan cloth; pictorial dust jacket (some soiling and toning, chips along lower and upper edge and at head of spine. Some foxing on pages. Internally clean and tight copy. Original owner penciled in name on title page and towards the bottom of the front cover - Michael Goodman, an important founding architect of many UC Berkeley buildings, taught in the department of archtiecture at UC Berkeley.
