The title of this is Kirchen-Agende für Evang.-Luth. Gemeinden ungeänderter Augsburgischer Confession which translates from German to "Church Agenda for Evangelical Lutheran Congregations of the Unaltered Augsburg Confession". It is written entirely in German. It is a liturgical manual designed for pastors and congregations, which served as a primary guide for worship services, sacraments, and other church rites. It is strictly based on the Unaltered Augsburg Confession of 1530, which is the foundational document of the Lutheran faith. Comes in a well-preserved slipcase and the gilt edges still shine brightly! The red ribbon is still here, too! The spine has obligatory age related wear but the rest of the book looks pristine. Dark black leather bound with gold stamping. These special editions were typically used at the altar or in the pulpit.
