After the completion of the 14-15 year old Girl's softball tournament, pitting the Eastside and Westside Crickets, everyone is leaving the field. Sofia and her dad talk with fans in the bleacher area. Claudia just finished sharing her experience with Chalie Chalie. Coach Bo McDuffy, the Coach of the Westside Crickets, joins Miss Emma, Mayor Browne, Sofia, Brad and Jorge. Coach McDuffy says, "l raised my hand when Sofia asked if anyone knew Chalie Chalie." Bo shares his story so that anyone who feels left out didn't have to be alone. Through his story he shows that you can get through that feeling. When Bo was 14 years old, he competed in a State Science Fair. Afterward, he was embarrassed in front of people in his class and a girl he liked. His science project which he worked so hard on was broken. His Mom and Dad were upset with him for something he didn't even do. To top it off, he could not remember the last time his parents showed any interest in what activity he was interested in. Then comes Chalie Chalie!
