The Eastside Crickets claimed the Girls State 14-15 age group softball championship over cross town rival the
Westside Crickets in a late rally. Fans and players for both teams are still leaving the field. There are many people crowding around the grandstands stopping by to share memories of someone named Chalie Chalie. The crowd at the grandstand applaud as Alexandra says, "Skylar, I loved your story even more the second time."
Sofia added, "Thanks for sharing your story, Skylar." As some people in the crowd start to leave a young girl dressed in her Eastside Uniform, with her long red hair up in a ponytail walked up holding the hand of a lady, who had a big smile which took all attention away from the burn scar, she had on the right side of her face. As they looked around, you could feel the energy of the woman as she began to speak, "Good afternoon. My name is Andrea. Andrea at six years old was in the kitchen with her mother frying donuts. Andrea's younger brother, Aiden, came into the kitchen wanting to play football. He threw his football towards his older sister and it struck the pan with hot grease on the stove. Grease flew up against the wall and Andrea's face thus changing her life. ..Along comes Chalie Chalie... As Andrea and Chalie Chalie go through their adventures, Andrea learns to believe in herself and realize just how amazing she truly is.
