Private investigators Mas Hammett and Sophie Chandler, business partners as well as kink partners, deepen their relationship as they work a case brought to them by a friend. Bodies start turning up in Golden Gate Park, executed in the manner of martyred saints, and the only connection between the victims is membership in the Kink community. Lieutenant Otake asks Mas and Sophie for help investigating the Kink community connections. The deeper they investigate, the more Mas thinks it's about religion, not kink.
