This booklet documents the Battle of Lindley's Mill located in North Carolina, during the Revolutionary War. This historical battle, a 4 hour fight (very long for Rev. War) occurred to free Gov. Burke who was captured along with 200 residents of Hillsborough, by nasty Tory David Fanning. **UPDATED ** from additional research from Pension records.
