Overview

A Bronze Age comic published in October of 1970 by DC Comics, Batman issue #227 is known for it's iconic cover art by Neal Adams, which was based on Detective Comics #31 cover art by Bob Kane. Batman #227 was written by Dennis O'Neil with inside art by Irv Novick and Dick Giordano, with letters by Ben Oda, and edited by Julius Schwartz. -- Staples are tight but small tears in cover near them. Spine is rolled towards the front with small color breaks around it. Cover has its original gloss. Pages are off-white, flexible and easy to read. Printing is vibrant. Comes bagged and boarded, not pictured. --
