Overview

A very early English translation (pre-dates Thomas Taylor's by several years). In full leather with marbled endpapers. All boards are present, but front boards are both detached. Front free endpaper is missing from volume 2. Edges of the boards are heavily rubbed with some chipping. Spine labels are mostly gone. Rear free endpaper of volume 1 is also detached. Binding remains intact otherwise.
