Riding the white horse her father gave her as a wedding present, Priscilla and her husband, Samuel Rugg, came to the Turkeyfoot Valley in Somerset County, PA. The year is 1789 and she immediately becomes a person of suspicion to the early German settlers. They tag her as Hex Berge, or witch of the hills. The legend lives on.
